USB cable powers the device but does not pass data
Hub, dock, adapter, or loose port interrupts the connection
KeepKey is waiting for PIN, confirmation, or device authorization
Browser wallet, desktop app, or another tab is already using the device
Firmware or app version mismatch blocks normal detection
The device is detected but the desktop app freezes before account or signing data loads
